Hi friends!
I have a fun interactive card to share with you today, using the Hippity Hoppity set from Simon Says Stamp’s Just for You release. When I saw this stamp and saw that it had a mirror image of the bunny egg for the front and back, I just knew that I wanted to create a spinner card.
Today’s card is circle-shaped. I used Nested Circle dies to create a circle ring/frame. Once the images from the Hippity Hoppity set were colored, I sandwiched a strand of invisible/nylon thread between them before sandwiching them together. Then, I created a second circle frame using some patterened paper. I added strong double sided adhesive on the frame and strung my Hippity Hoppity bunny egg between the top and bottom of the circle frame to hold it in place before adhering the patterned paper frame. This holds everything in place.

For the cardbase, I cut a circle panel and scored it at the top at the 1/2″ mark and adhered only that tab to the top of the circle spinner frame that I created in the previous step. That is all it takes to create today’s spinner card!
I embellished my card/frame with new Pretty Pastels Sequins and added a sentiment at the bottom of my card. To get the image to spin, you just give your image some twirls before closing the card. When the recipient opens, the bunny will spin!
