My card today uses older products and I hope you enjoy the faux watercolor technique used to make this card! The Brushed Flowers set already has a watercolor look to it, but I decided to make it look a bit more organic by spritzing it with water before stamping. This faux watercolor technique can be used with any solid stamp.

When the flowers were nearly dry, I dabbed some black paint at the centers of the flowers to give them more interest. I let the stamps air dry before die-cutting, but you can also heat set it too. I used a variety of pinks and greens to add lots of color.

For the gold arch, I used two Nested Domed Arches to die-cut from Matte Gold cardstock. Then I added some color on a white panel using a Domed Arches Mask using the same light pink that I stamped with. Before attaching my gold arch with foam adhesive, I stamped the sentiment at the center.

I finished by attaching my stamped flowers and foliage around the arched frame.
