I’m excited to be a part of today’s Waffle Flower Release Blog Hop! There are lots of beautiful products, but my cards use new butterfly products! I had so much fun creating these cards and I hope you like them!

POP-UP BUTTERFLIES CARD:

• WF Duo-Tone Butterfly Stencil Duo
• WF Fluttering By Sentiments Combo
• FineTec for gold splatters
• Inks:  Watermelon, Guava, Citrine, Lemonade, Cadette, Marine, Amethyst, Lilac
• Cardstock:  Audrey Blue

I just love that the Pop-up Butterflies Panel die and Duo-Tone Butterfly Stencil Duo coordinates! I found it easiest to die-cut first, then stencil. After stenciling, I popped up the butterflies with my fingers.

GILDED BUTTERFLY CARD:

• WF Deckled Frames 2 Dies
• WF Pinking Rectangle Frames Dies
• Ink:  Watermelon, Citrine, Cadette, Amethyst
• Cardstock:  Cotton Candy, Lemon Chiffon, Green Apple, Audrey Blue, Lavender
• Spellbinders Hot Foil System

For this card, I foiled first, die-cut, then ink-blended. When done, I created a background with pastel rainbow strips using the Deckled Frames 2 Dies. I topped it with a Pinking Rectangle Frame before attaching the ink-blended butterfly. I used a black Copic marker to draw on the butterfly’s body.
