I have a fun card to share today! The Geo Flower Building set from Simon Says Stamp’s Beautiful Days release is so much fun. Do you get intimidated by solid stamps? I do…but why? Isn’t that how stamps started out? I might not knowing what I’m talking about, and maybe I’m blabbering. I have to admit, I stared at this stamp set for a while for inspiration to come to me. How do you make a bunch of geometric shapes pretty?

When the flower and succulent images came to mind, it was a lightbulb moment. The images are a good size so I knew I wouldn’t have to stamp much. I made a symmetrical design by stamping equal amounts of each image using the same inks and this was the layout I came up with.

I decided to add the flowers/succulents using foam adhesive for dimension over an Ivory card panel. I did try to add some shading with a darker pink on the flowers and some pink on the tips of the succulents for additional interest. Then, I added a Reverse Bold Mom sentiment.

I finished today’s card with a few Rose Gold Sequins. I hope you like this geometric design!
