I made a video to share to help celebrate today’s blog hop and hope you’ll enjoy watching!

The new Poppy Field Stencils is a companion/add-on to the previously released Poppy Field stamp/die set. To make my card, I began by stamping the image and embossing it with clear embossing powder – this prevents any smudging from the black ink that can occur if you don’t allow the ink to dry.

After ink-blending, I die-cut the Poppy Field image and ink-blended a background. My card today is 6″ x 6″ because I didn’t want to cut up the image. After attaching a sentiment, I finished with some sequins from the Green Meadows Sequins mix.
