Hello!

My card today is super simple, but requires some patience (or relaxation) to in-lay all the colorful pieces in place. The Mid Century Ethereal Plate is a geometric design already laid out for you – so you don’t need to be intimidated with standalone geometric-shaped dies!

Color combinations are endless for this! I used 5 colors for all the little pieces and a dark gray for the background. After die-cutting, I used one negative as a template over the dark gray background to help me with placement.

Using foam adhesive, I adhered all the colorful pieces in place to give them dimension and making sure the same colors never touch. It’s hard to tell the white cardstock from the light gray and light blue cardstock in the photos.

I felt I needed a touch of gold on this card, so I splattered it with some gold paint. Then, I added a simple sentiment strip to finish the card using the Reverse The Best Friend Sentiment Strips.
