Hi Friends!

I have a fun interactive card to share today! The Waving Pull Tab Starter die set is a great interactive die-set to have and there’s a new set that will coordinate with it. The Batty For You set features a large adorable bat that takes center stage and when used with the Waving Pull Tab Starter die, the wings flap when the pull tab is pulled.

You can see the progression of the wing flap in the photos above. I have a short video with these three photos – sorry I can’t post videos here!

The stamped images from the Batty For You set are colored with Copic markers

Bat:  R30, R00, V20, V22, V25, V28
Tree Branch:  E70, E71, E74, E77
Leaves:  BG90, BG93, BG96

The background is ink-blended with Distress Oxide inks: Worn Lipstick, Wilted Violet, Blueprint Sketch, Black Soot and uses the Nighttime Sky Stencil.

After ink-blending the background, I put together the pull-tab mechanism. Then, I was able to decorate the scene with the stamped images and finished the card with a sentiment.
