Simon Says Stamp – Season of Wonder release – Willow Snowflake

Hey there friends!

It’s time for another Simon Says Stamp release! The October release is called Season of Wonder – so I thought I would make you a snowflake card! The Willow Snowflake is gorgeous in every way!

I die cut it and the new CZ Happy Christmas sentiment die in 3 layers to stack over a vellum halo. For the background, I ink-blended Tattered Rose, Worn Lipstick and Seedless Preserves. Then, I gave the background interest by stamping the new Christmas Words background stamp over it. Initially, I wanted to do a watermark look, but after stamping it with Versamark ink, I didn’t have the patience for it to dry so I dusted over it with Perfect Pearls – it gives it shimmer in the right light and is sooo pretty!
