Hi friends!

Today’s card uses more products from the DieCember® 2023 release! The Slice of Cake die makes a simple layered cake, but you can decorate it in all kinds of color combinations! Be sure to check out the DieCember® release gallery to see all the inspiration from this release! I made mine pretty with a pink color theme and added some flowers from the Aurora Blooms die set.

Everything on my card is die-cut from white cardstock and ink-blended. Sometimes, when there are lots of pieces to die-cut, it’s easier for me to die-cut it all out of white cardstock and add color than to pull a bunch of colored cardstock. This way, I can control the color hues too.

The sentiment is from the new Boho Celebrate die. After adding the sentiment and cake, I added the flowers to decorate the Slice of Cake.
