Hi, friends!

I’ve been making lots of celebratory cards using products from the Simon Says Stamp Celebrate release. Today’s card is a wedding card using the Fancy Happy Ever After die. I die-cut it from Matte Gold Cardstock and sandwiched vellum between it and its shadow die.

The background uses the Diamond Circles Foil Transfer Cards. I foiled it in gold and ink-blended it with Melon and Cheeky ink. The vellum just makes the background softer and less distracting so that the sentiment can shine!

I felt I needed to add some foliage, so I used the Leaf Flourish die to frame the top and bottom of the card. It’s a delicate die-cut that I could easily manipulate to keep it within the boundaries of an A2-sized card. I think added a sentiment from the Simple Wedding Wishes set and embellished the card with some Starshine Embellishments.
