Today’s STAMPtember® exclusive collaboration set is so cute! The Cozy Cabin set features a cute A-frame house with winter trees that’s sure to make a a beautiful winter card.
With the Cozy Cabin set, I stamped and colored the images with Copic markers. I also stamped the pine trees with green inks, since no coloring was needed on those images. To set up the scene, I die-cut a hillside and also stamped some deer tracks with gray ink.
The background is ink-blended with Distress Oxide Inks ink Chipped Sapphire, Victorian Velvet, and Scattered Straw. Then to give it a snowy feel, I splattered it with water and white paint.
After adhering the images down, I used Nuvo Glitter White Blizzard to add snow shimmer to the cabin and ground cover. I just love this Cozy Cabin! Shew! I logged in at about 12:07 and the stamp/die set was already gone! Glad I got the stamps, at least. I will be really disappointed if for any reason I don’t end up getting it (you know, occasionally a company sells you something that it’s actually out of). I love your card – the background is superb – and I adore this set! I can always fussy cut the images.

p.s. I just re-read your description and I’m wondering about this: I stamped and embossed the images with Copic markers. Does Copic ink hold embossing powder ? I have never tried embossing using Copics. I’ll give that a try.
