I’m so excited to be a guest for the Poshta Design December 2025 release! Over the next three days, I’ll be sharing my projects using new stitching die products from this release. There are two new color stories (each color story includes five felt rolls with coordinating embroidery thread, sequins, and seed beads). The release will go live on Saturday December 13th at Noon ET. We’re sharing inspiration so you can get excited and prepared to shop, if you’re interested!

Today’s project combines 3 die sets and I’ve used them all to create a hanging mobile. It’s so tweet!!! Information for each die set is provided below.
This pair of darling birds (the bigger ones in my photos) is downright twitterpated! The Love Birds Die includes two bird designs that are a perfect mirror of one another, making it even easier to make double-sided projects. They include separate belly and wing layers that you can use to add pops of color or pattern (when cut from stabilized fabric or patterned felt). You’ll fall in love with these sweet birdies in no time!
Included with this die is a Stitching Guide that gives you a helping hand seeing how the design comes together.
The fully assembled birds measure 4” wide by 3” tall.

My Love Birds are stitched and stuffed with fiber fill to give them some “puff”. I used felt glue to add some black pearls for the eyes.
This sweet nest is home to a pair of precious eggs and perhaps even a feathered friend! The embroidered details add texture and the leafy perch provides dimension and pops of color. Create decor for an expectant loved one or add some springtime flair to your own home.

The fully assembled nest and branch measures 6” wide by 3” tall. The nest itself measures just over 2 ¾” wide by 2” tall. The eggs measure just under 1” wide by 1 ¼” tall.

My nest is double sided. I duplicated the design on both sides and stitched all the layers together once the white background was stitched together.
There is nothing quite as charming as a tidy little birdhouse. The Cozy Home birdhouse features two shaped door options, two botanical designs, and an adorable scalloped roofline. Included in the die is even a cheerful bird that you can perch on your birdhouse to sing a happy song.

My birdhouse is double-sided. I used a second floral design on the back (without a birdhouse opening). The birds are a smaller version of the Love Birds. Because they are smaller, there is little room for fiber fill, so I used cardstock to make them sturdier. These birds are also double-sided. Like the Love Birds, I used black pearls for the eyes
My mobile is designed with two pieces of cut embroidery hoops and drilled with holes. With wooden beads as spacers, the mobile can be collapsed flat for easy storage or packaging. Do you want to see this project made? I’m working on a YouTube video and hope to share it on Saturday (or soon after).
