Hi friends!
It’s been a long time since I’ve gotten to play with Hero Arts products. They have a new release today and I’m so happy to have a card to share with you all! If you’re as ready for spring as I am, I hope you’ll enjoy this colorful and textured card! To make it, I first stamped the Birdsong Script cling stamp on a white piece of cardstock and embossed it with clear embossing powder. Then, I ink-blended over it using the Color Layering Meadow Blooms Stencils. The emboss-resist creates such beautiful texture!
You can stop here for a single layer, but I used the Meadow Blooms die to die-cut a white panel to layer over the ink-blended panel. This is so the Birdsong Script is not visible over the entire panel but only where the colored areas are.
The sentiment is made with the Everyday Sentiment Strips 2 stamp set. You can get so many wonderful sentiments with this stamp set and all of it can be cut at once into strips using the Sentiment Strips Die.
