Products featured today:
- Tangled Tulips product suite
- Shortbread Shapes Spring Embossing Folder
- Shortbread Shapes Easter Embossing Folder
- Simple Spring Sentiments Stamp
- Simple Spring Mini Sentiments Stamp
You can find out more information about these new products on The Greetery’s Blog today.
I have three cards using these products and details are provided below! Be sure to come back tomorrow for Day 2 of the Spring Jardin Collection showcase!
TULIPS CARD:
Card size: A7 (5″ x 7″)
Products used:
- Tangled Tulips Stamp and Stencil
- Tangled Tulips Die
- Tangled Tulips Details Die
- Tangled Tulips Embossing Folder
- Capsule Basics Die
- LF Blush CS
- C9 CS: Ballet Slipper, Pink Lemonade, Eucalyptus
- C9 Ink: Honeysuckle, Ballet Slipper, Eucalyptus, Rainforest
This product suite contains 4 coordinating products. I used the embossing folder to emboss each later. For the outer border, I used the stencils to stencil the flowers and I used the stamp to stamp the foliage.
I also embossed the center piece, but used it more as a guide for the Tangled Tulips Details Die. You can see some embossed details on the side of each floral cluster. You’ll need the Capsule Basics Die to create the scalloped borders and oval layers.
SHORTBREAD EASTER CARD:
Card size: A2 (4.25″ x 5.5″)
Products used:
- Shortbread Shapes: Rectangle Easter Embossing Folder
- Simple Spring Sentiments Stamp
- Chocolate Bunnies Die
- Shortbread Shapes Rectangle Die
- Shortbread Shapes Rectangle Labels Die
- LF Peach CS
- C9 Inks: Pink Lemonade, Nectar, Buttercup, Starfruit, Pistachio, Sea Glass, Tidepool, Powder, Lilac, Pebble
- Pom Pom
This sweet Easter card also includes a product that will be showcased tomorrow 😉. I embossed the image and snipped everything apart to ink-blend the rainbow of embossed icons. To die-cut the parts, I used the Shortbread Shapes Rectangle Die.
SHORTBREAD SPRING CARD:
Card size: A2 (4.25″ x 5.5″)
Products used:
- Shortbread Shapes: Rectangle Spring Embossing Folder
- Simple Spring Sentiments Stamp
- Bigger Botanicals: Soapwort Die
- Shortbread Shapes Rectangle Die
- Shortbread Shapes Rectangle Labels Die
- OLO: R 2.2, R 2.4, R 5.3, YO 2.3, G 7.2, BG 5.3, B 0.3, BV 4.5, RV 7.4, V 1.4
- C9 Inks: White, Watermelon, Eucalyptus, Rainforest, Wheat
- C9 Cardstock: Ballet Slipper, Stardust, Eucalyptus
- LF Sparkle Glaze (LF | SSS)
For this card, I embossed the layers and used OLO markers to color the flowers. This card also features a floral die that will be showcased tomorrow. Like with the above card, I used the Shortbread Shapes Rectangle Die to die-cut the layers.

I really like how you used a different color for each block on the shortbread shapes. That’s so pretty.

What a beautiful trio of cards, Caly! I love those tulips but the pastel shortbread shapes are so sweet for Easter, baby cards, etc. And that bunny is simply adorable with the pom-pom tale!

Beautiful cards! My favorite is the Plant, Grow & Bloom card. The delicate and colorful florals are fabulous against the shortbread squares. Thank you for the lovely inspiration!
