Hello!
I have a quick post today sharing a card made using the Altenew Build-A-Garden Joy in Bloom set from today’s release. I love when sets come with stamps, dies, and stencils because it makes creating so easy!
Card size: A2 (4.25″ x 5.5″)
Products used:
- Altenew BAG Joy in Bloom (Stamps, Dies, Stencils)
- Inks:
- Peonies: Rose Quartz, Puffy Heart, Purple Wine
- Centers: Lemonade Stand, Raw Amber
- Foliage: Grass Field, Shadow Creek
- Blue Flowers: Eastern Sky, Sapphire, Dark Night
- Purple Flowers: Alpine Heather, Wild Orchid, Bramble Berry
I stamped the floral image and embossed with clear embossing powder before I added color with the coordinating stencils. Embossing helps keep the image crisp and clear and prevents the black lines from smudging. After stenciling, I die-cut the image and adhered it over an A2-sized panel and trimmed off the excess. I finished by stamping a simple sentiment using black ink.
