Hi Everyone!

At Stamping Away earlier this month, we were introduced to a new stamp company called Hello Bluebird, who helped sponsor our retreat.  Hello Bluebird was well received and loved.  I can’t tell you how excited I am about their products.  They’ve posted their first Design Team call and I am participating with hopes to be apart of this amazing company.  If you haven’t heard of them – you need to go check out their site!  Click on their logo below or in the sidebar to be redirected:

I got two stamps at the retreat – McGregor’s Garden and the Country Gingham Background.  Both came bundled together with a beautiful teal ribbon and we all swooned over the stamps.  I’m sharing 5 cards with you today that I made using these two stamp sets.

For my first card, I literally wanted to build a garden scene using as many stamps from this stamp set as possible.  I love all the cute little fruit and vegetables.  I rarely use patterned paper but thought it would be perfect for this card.

There are two stamps with bunnies lying on the ground – so I thought I would use one and create a sky scenery with a daydreaming bunny.  I stenciled some clouds using some soft blue dye ink and added simple gold thread and sequins to give the card added interest.

For my third card, I used the little stamps to do tone-on-tone stamping.  The center round scalloped die cut creates a focal point for the bunny and his balloon.  This sentiment is perfect for this happy bunny!

My fourth card shows of the Country Gingham background stamp best.  Again, I made one happy bunny the focal point with a simple sentiment from the stamp set.  I see a rogue sequin made it into my photo!

My last card is done with a floral spray from an Ellen Hutson set that pays tribute to breast cancer awareness – linked below.  I also used the gingham background stamp on this card.

I used  the following Lawn Fawn inks in addition to the Stampin’ Up! inks linked below:  Fresh Lavender, Moonstone, celery stick, cilantro

I wish I had more stamps to play with but I’m happy with what I created from these two stamp sets.  Wish me luck!  The announcement wont be made for 2 weeks.  It would be an honor to design for a team that creates such adorable stamps!
