Welcome to this month’s My Monthly Hero Blog Hop! We’ve got a fun Deco Art theme this month and I hope you’re having fun hopping along to see all the inspiration for this month’s kit.
If you missed the card I created for the countdown post, this one is similar in colors – black and gold.
I used the individual stamps from this month’s kit to create my own deco border and embossed the images using Gold Embossing Powder.
I used my anti-static powder bag between each embossing powder application – it really helps keep those stray speckles of embossing powder off the paper. To help the focal images pop – I decided to emboss the silhouettes and sentiment in white.
To complete my card, used the flat gold sequins that are included in this month’s kit to adorn the card panel surrounding the dancers.

Black & gold – perfect for art deco. I like the way you’ve used the other corner & side piece stamps & embossed them in gold. They make a very cool border around the couple dancing. What fun! This has got to be my all time favourite kit of any.
