Hello again!
Stephanie Low recently launched her Just Add Color collection for Spellbinders and I’m happy to help pass the info along with a card that I made for today. I thought it was perfect for The Daily Marker 30 Day Coloring Challenge!
I started by stamping and masking the flowers to arrange this floral spray. It makes for a simple one-layer card so it’s often all about the coloring. I honestly thought this was going to be a quick card when I started, but I ended up spending a long time coloring to give the pink flowers the intensity that it has.
V000, V01, V15 (Purples)
G21, G82, YG07, G05 (Greens)
Y13 (Yellow)
After coloring, I splattered the entire panel with some watered-down white acrylic paint to give it some interest. For the sentiment, I used the February Glimmer Hot Foil Kit of The Month – which consists of sentiments and banner dies. It’s perfect for a card like this.
To finish off the card, I matted the card panel to Plum cardstock and added some dew drops.
I love the Just Add Color Collection – the sets are gorgeous and I love that I can create a simple and elegant card from these beautiful images. I hope you enjoyed this card and hope to see you again real soon!

I always adore Stephanie Low Stamps, they are so detailed and fun to color. You did a fantastic job coloring this one, I love the vibrant colors and that it is one layer. Thanks for the inspiration! (mardy14@bellsouth.net)
