Hi, Friends!

We’re celebrating a year of success with Altenew today. As a cardmaker, it’s always wonderful to work with companies that you admire. One company that I’ve guested for regularly this year is Altenew and I want to share my favorite cards as I reflect on the past year of guest work with them.

I would have to say my favorite card of all time is made using the Flower Garden stamp set. You can see my post for it HERE. I stamped it with no-line ink and watercolored with Daniel Smith Watercolors.

Another favorite of mine is a more recent one using the Poppy Garden stamp and die set. I love watercoloring with Altenew flower sets – this time, I embossed in gold embossing powder first before watercoloring. You can see my original post HERE.

The Build-A-Flower sets are some of my favorites. No coloring is required – all stamping! My favorite Build-A-Flower this year was the Fuchsia. You can view my original post HERE.

My fourth favorite pick is a card made using Pen Sketched Flowers. You can view my original post HERE. I colored this one with Copic markers and ink-blended on a diagonal and used the image as a divider.

I know there’s a lot to share on my blog and Instagram and a lot can be missed. I want to share a few more that I was proud of this past year. I made to represent Pretty Pink Posh during a collaboration with Altenew and used the Garden Picks 3D die. This one was a labor of love!

Beloved Daisy is one of my favorite floral layering sets. I spent a lot of time stamping all these images and layering them to create a wildflower scene.
