Hello, Friends!

There are lots of exciting news coming from The Stamp Market in the next few week, but first – an all new release! This month’s release is all about LOVE.

My first card feature the Happy Hearts Cover Die as well as the Special Delivery Bundle. On a panel of Blush Pink cardstock, I ink-blended Bubble Gum ink to create an ombre look before die-cutting. After cutting, I adhered it to a card base at an angle to create interest.

I stamped my truck with black ink over Bristol Smooth cardstock and used ink from The Stamp Market re-inkers to watercolor the truck (Tropic Teal, Sea Glass, Navy). I adhered it over the hearts in the opposite direction and finished off my card with an embossed sentiment strip.

My second card is a quick card created with the Rainbow Stripes Die. I die-cut the pieces from various colors of cardstock to form my rainbow (Cherry Kisses, Melon Orange, Citrine, Leafy, Sea Glass, Party Pink). I lined up the pieces and used purple tape to hold my pieces in place while I adhered foam adhesive to the back.

To create my background, I once more used a re-inker to watercolor. I did a quick watercolor wash using Tropic Teal. I used my heat tool to dry the area before adhering my rainbow and heart. My sentiment is from the Full Hearts stamp set that I also embossed with white embossing powder over black cardstock.
