We’re partying with another countdown day until the MFT Vault opens tomorrow (at 10am EDT)! I’m sharing a card made using the Party Animals set and these little farm critters are just too cute!
To make my card, I first stamped and colored the images with Copic markers. After die-cutting, I added white gel highlights and started working on my collage background.
Pinks: [R00, RV11, R85], [R21, R22]
Teals: G000, BG10, BG11, BG15
Blues: B00, B02, B00
Candle flames: Y18
Greens: G00, G02Pigs: E000, E02
Cow: [E41, E42, E43], [E50, E53, E55]
Horse: [E31, E34, E39], [E21, E25, E37]
I die-cut my background using the Collage Cover Up Die-namics. I centered my collage over a card base and taped it down temporarily with purple tape. Then I used MFT inks to ink-blend each of the stitched pieces to in-lay onto my card base. Taping the collage frame down temporarily makes the line-up super easy. After they were all in place, I lifted the frame off, added foam adhesive and adhered it back in place to give more dimension. To finish, I stamped my sentiment and added all the images.
