Hi, Friends!

There’s an exciting blog hop today celebrating a new Pinkfresh Studio Release! There are such wonderful products to share with you and I hope you’re hopping along to see inspiration for all of the new products! I’m using the Take Pride set and it’s beautiful!

I stamped my image with black Copic-friendly ink and colored the foliage with different shades of green to give it lots of color.

Yellows:  Y15, Y38
Greens:  YG07, YG09, G03, G09, G40, G94
Pinks:  RV11, RV13, RV17, RV19

I have been dying to use the Diamond Tiles background stamp from a recent release and pulled it out for this card. I simply stamped it on a white panel and inked it up with Raspberry Bliss ink to match my pink flowers.

To soften my image and keep it front and center, I used a vellum panel to lighten the colors and frame my colored image. Before adhering it down, I stamped my sentiment with Staz-On Black ink and attached my floral image with foam adhesive. This gives the image some dimension and allows me to add adhesive underneath the vellum where it wont show. To finish, I adhered some white jewels – it catches the pink from the card and reflects so beautifully!
