Happy Independence Day! Wishing you all a wonderful and safe holiday for those who are celebrating! Today, we’re continuing the countdown until the next MFT release on Tuesday at 10am EST.
The new Blast Off Die-namics is loads of fun and also appropriate for the holiday! I used the new Show Me Your Stripes stencil to stencil my background in different shades of blue using Distress Oxide Inks (Peacock, Mermaid Lagoon, Blueprint Sketch, Chipped Sapphire).
After paper-piecing the rocket, I adhered it over my stenciled background using foam adhesive to give it more dimension. The sentiment is from the Best Friends in the Universe set and was perfect for this card.
