Hi, friends!

I’m so excited to share today’s card with you bc I absolutely love this Summer Roses set – it’s a Gina K. Designs set made exclusively for Simon Says Stamp!

I did some no-line watercoloring today and then added a few details back in using a dark green and a dark red colored pencil.

My background is created by stamping the Crackle Background over a white panel using Stone ink. After trimming down the panel to mat an A2-sized card base, I also blended some of the same ink all around the edges to give the panel a more aged/distressed look.

I attached my foliage and flowers, the two at the top and left directly to the panel, and then the main stem using foam adhesive for dimension. To finish, I added the sending hugs sentiment from the Thinking of You sentiment strips.
