Welcome back, Friends!
It’s release day for Clearly Besotted! I’m so excited to share this card today because I LOVE the Eat, Snooze, & Be Merry set! Calling all Sloth-Lovers! I have a friend who LOVES sloths and am making a mental note to send this card to her.
I stamped and colored my images using Copic markers. I’m not much of a masker and I don’t mind fussy cutting – so that’s what I did for today’s card.
Reds: R22, R24, R29
Yellows: Y11, Y15
Greens: G12, G14, G16, G17
Blues: B21, B23, B26
Teals: BG10, BG11, BG13
Pinks: R000, R11, R20
Grays: W00, W1
Browns: [E30, E31, E33], [E50, E51, E53], [E31, E34, E37]
To make my background, I ink-blended with Tumbled Glass, Peacock Feathers, Black Soot. At this point, I trim down my panel to mat an A2-sized card base. To give it some texture and interest, I splattered my panel with white and dark teal paint.
I finished by adding my sentiment at the bottom of my panel and attached my images with foam adhesive to give my card dimension. Finally, I added white gel highlights to make the images pop!
