Hey Friends!

A new Lawn Fawnatics Challenge has begun! Be sure to check out the Lawn Fawnatics Blog to see all the inspiration from the Fawnatics Design Team. I’ve created a card using a few goodies from Lawn Fawn and will like them below. The current challenge is a card sketch!

I took this sketch quite literally using the Candy Hearts dies. I die-cut them from some colorful Lawn Fawn cardstock (Guava, Sticky Note, Mermaid, and Sugar Plum) and backed them with white so the letters stand out more.

To give my background some interest, I die-cut the XOXO Backdrop Portrait die in plain white cardstock and layered it over a pink layer of patterned paper from the Watercolor Wishes patterned paper pack.

To finish, I added a simple embossed sentiment from the Conversation Heart Add-On set. This is a very simple card, but that’s also what’s nice about a sketch challenge – you don’t need to make it difficult and I hope you’ll participate!
