Simon Says Stamp – Mini Slimline Bouquet for Mom

The Simon Says Stamp All The Feels Release debuted last night! I’m sharing another card today using a few more new products for another Mother’s Day card!

I couldn’t help but combine the Bouquet for Mom set with the Sweet Garden Background set. To make my card, I stamped the images from the Bouquet for Mom set to color with Copic markers. Then I stamped the Sweet Garden Background over a white panel.

Pinks: [RV10, RV11, RV14], [R81, R83, R85, R89], R02
Greens: [G12, YG07, YG09], [G20, G24, G29]
Yellows: Y06, YR23
Teals: BG10, BG11, BG34
Blues: BG000, BG01, BG05
Skin: E0000, E51, E31, E04

The little blossoms in the background are so sweet! I thought using a light pink (Twirling Tutu) would be perfect for a soft background. After die-cutting the images, I decided I wanted to turn this into a mini slimline card so I die-cut my background panel using the Mini Slimline Rectangles.

I stamped my sentiment, then attached my images using foam adhesive for lots of dimension. The sub-sentiment is a pre-printed sentiment from the Reverse Family Sentiment Strips. I love how quick and easy these sentiments are to use!

As always, you’ve done a stellar job. What I did not order – did not realize was so cool – is that all-over background floral stamp. Really nice! Love the coloring of the figure and her huge bouquet, too. (Boo- kay)
