Hi, Friends!
I was on the Simon Says Stamp Blog and YouTube Channel yesterday and want to share my project with you today. I used the Friendship Blooms Stamp, Layering Stencils, and Dies along with other Pinkfresh Studio products too create today’s slimline card.
Ink-blending to add color using layering stencils is always so much fun for me. It’s a nice break from coloring with markers or watercolors. I hope you’ll check out the video to see my process!
Pinkfresh Studio Ink Colors used:
Flowers: Ballet Slipper, Coral Reef, Passion Fruit
Leaves: Grassy Knoll, Olive
I used the Slim Diagonal Stitched Plaid and Slim Stitched Scalloped Rectangles for my slimline background panel. It’s a subtle but decorative background and frame. To accent the floral images, I also die-cut some Curvy Leaves in vellum.
To finish, I embossed a sentiment in gold and adhered it to my card using foam adhesive to match the height of my florals and foliage. Then I embellished my card with Pinkfresh Studio Jewels.
