Hey Friends!

I have two fun rainbow cards to share today. I wont say they were quick, because die-cutting seems to be time consuming for me and I always fuss for a long time with layout. My intention was to create one slimline card with the Waffle Flower Spring Leaves dies, but I couldn’t decide on colors or which leaves to use so I ended up with both outline and full leaves in each color and made two cards. Indecisiveness leads to hours of fuss for me – anyone else?

All of my colored cardstock today is from Simon Says Stamp. I left out a few shades because I couldn’t possible have used them all – it looks busy enough they way it turned out. My slimline card ended up being a cascade going down instead of a horizontal line up like I had planned because of spacing.

On my second card, I wasn’t sure what to do so I decided to make a wreath – very LauraFadora! She’s the queen of wreathes and rainbow cards and says all the time “Got a leaf, make a wreath!” For my sentiments on both cards, I used the Classic Sentiments from Waffle Flower. There are dies that cut out stitched shapes for your sentiments. I used the circle die for the wreath card and simply cut a strip for my slimline card.

Everything is popped up with foam adhesive for lots of dimension and I finished by embellishing my card with lots of Sparkling Clear Confetti from Pretty Pink Posh. I hope these colorful cards make you smile today. Thanks for visiting!
