Reverse Confetti – The Bear Up There

Hi Friends!

I’m sharing a card using Reverse Confetti products today. The Bear Up There is a recently released set that I combined with the Head in the Clouds die to create my scene.

I worked a little backwards for my card today and created my background first. I ink-blended two white panels using Distress Oxide Inks in Worn Lipstick, Squeezed Lemonade, Cracked Pistachio, and Salvaged Patina. I also cut two additional cloud portions for the bottom of my card. I sprayed the panels with water to give them interest and then cut one using the Head in the Clouds Die. I attached the frame using foam adhesive to give it dimension.

Next, I stamped and colored my images using Copic markers.

Reds: R21. R22. R24
Yellows: Y11, YR31, YR65
Teals: BG10, BG11, BG13
Blues: B0000, B00, B02
Bears: R20, E000, E30, E31, E33, E35, E37, E37

I finished by attaching my images using foam adhesive where I needed to to match the height of the frame. The sentiment is stamped and embossed and I fussy cut around the letters to make it more interesting. I wanted to add some subtle stars, so I used my white gel pen to draw some twinkle stars and dots on the panel in the open space. I hope you like it!
