Hi, Friends!!
Welcome to a new product release blog hop for Pretty Pink Posh!!! Today is Day 1 of 3! I’m so excited to share today’s cards with you because I love how they turned out and it’s a two-fer (two for one)! I added color to these beautiful Hibiscus Flowers using stencils!
I ink-blended a bunch of flowers and leaves using Pinkfresh Studio Inks.
Colors used: Coral Reef, Raspberry Bliss, Regal Bliss, Lemon Whip, Grassy Knoll, Olive
To create the split design, I laid 4 flowers down vertically to fill an A2 card height and cut them down the middle. Then I used the remaining images to make my arrangement more full.
For the backgrounds, I ink-blended softly with Coral Reef Ink using the Wide Stripes Stencil. I let it fade to white before reaching the other end of the card panel.
I stamped my sentiments from the Encouraging Greetings stamp set on both cards and finished by embellishing them with Pink Blush Jewels.

Caly, I love your cards — The flowers are beautiful and I love the technique of cutting the “image” in half to make two cards. I’m going to try that soon! If you do a video of how you colored those flowers with the stencil I’ll definitely watch and. like it! 🙂

Hi, Caly – Your work always makes me sigh and feel better. Good thing b/c I have just spent 28 min on hold trying to get a Hunter Douglas window blind fixed. And I am just moving along the progression – have still not gotten to anyone who can help. But you helped … with your beautifully colored hibiscus flowers and excellent layouts.
