Are we excited for a new STAMPtember exclusive collaboration? Tonight’s release is with My Favorite Things. The Time to Unwind Set is great for fall! I think it makes for a great masculine card too!

I began with my background on this card. I embossed a treeline on a white panel using white embossing power, then I ink-blended it with Distress Oxide Inks ink Pine Needles, Blueprint Sketch, Gathered Twigs, and Ground Espresso.

To give the background texture, I splattered the top portion with white paint and the bottom portion with brown paint. Next, I colored the stamped images using Copic markers.

Grays:  [C0, C2, C4, C6, C8], [W0, W2, W4]
Reds: R30, R32, R35, R37, R39
Yellows/Oranges:  Y000, Y08, Y17, YR09
Greens:  G21, G24, G28
Browns:  E30, E33, E35, E39

I attached my trees, some directly to the background and others with foam adhesive for dimension. I also staggered them to allow the embossed ones on the background panel to show through. Then, I attached the raccoon, fire and bird to finish my woodland scene.

I embossed a sentiment and fussy-cut around the letters to remove excess black cardstock. I think this helps it blend in better. I hope you like this this card! It would make for a good masculine card. This exclusive set is available now and will sell out quickly. Grab yours before it sells out!
