Hi Friends!

I’m on the Lawn Fawnatics Blog today sharing a second card for the current challenge. The photo for the challenge for the current them can be interpreted as water or sky. Since I did a water theme for my first card, this second card is a sky card. My first card used alcohol inks. If you missed it and want to see it, click HERE.

My sky today is created with Daniel Smith watercolors. To make it more interesting, I used the Swish n’ Pop dies to make it interactive. The star in the sky shoots back and forth! After watercoloring my sky, I splattered it with white paint to give it some speckles/stars.

I them stamped and colored my images from the Super Star and Upon a Star sets using Copic markers.

I created a cloud border using the Puffy Cloud Borders dies using white cardstock and vellum. These layers hide the Swish n’ Pop mechanism. Be sure to check out the Lawn Fawn YouTube Channel to see how easy it is to put this mechanism together!
