Hey Friends!

Today’s card features the Heart of Christmas products from the Peace on Earth Release! I used the Heart of Christmas Stamp, Heart of Christmas Stencil, and Outline Heart of Christmas Die to show you that they all coordinate in size and pair perfectly together.

It’s a little tricky to line up the Heart of Christmas Stencil on its own, so I first stamped the image from the Heart of Christmas Stamp set using a light ink so i could line up the hearts to ink-blend them. I layered each stencil over the hearts, star and tree trunk to ink-blend with Simon Says Stamp inks: Teeny Bikini, Doll Pink, Jellybean, Khaki, Goldenlocks.

Next, I die-cut the Outline Hearts of Christmas Die three times – twice in white and then with white glitter cardstock for the top layer. I stacked them to give them dimension before adhering them right over my stenciled image. I did this to give my tree lots of dimension so it’s not just a one-layered card.

My sentiment is from the Reverse From My Christmas Sentiment Strips, which is also new with this release. To give my card a bit more interest, I flooded all the hearts with Glossy Accents to give them a stained glass look.
