I have some really fun cards to share today. I just adore 3D cards and while I was die-cutting all the pieces, I went ahead and made enough for 2 projects. The Concord & 9th Card Stacks Base creates a collapsible scene and is so easy to put together.

You can create all sorts of scenes, but I decided to create some holiday cards using the Home for the Holidays stamp and die set.

I die-cut the two Card Stack Bases using Sea Glass and Aqua Sky cardstock. I ink-blended them with Sea Glass and Oceanside inks to give them more dimension, then splattered them with white paint to emulate snow.

For the rectangle pieces that create the scene, I die-cut these rectangle pieces with white glitter cardstock. Then to give them some hillsides, I used a die from the Home for the Holidays Die set to die-cut the tops of these panels.

While the paint was drying, I took my time die-cutting all the parts using various cardstock colors. I die-cut 2 of each of the house designs as well as a multitude of lamp posts, wreaths, doors, and trees to fill up my scenes.the st

C9 cardstock colors used: White, Black, Dove, Poppy, Sorbet, Grapefruit, Sprout, Parsley, Sea Glass, Aqua Sky, Oceanside

I pieced together all of my images before filling my two scenes up, changing the layout slightly to make them each unique. I finished by stamping my sentiments from the Home for the Holidays stamp and die-cut it with a sentiment banner from the Home for the Holidays Die set.
