Hey Friends!

I’m joining Pinkfresh Studio on Instagram for a hop to celebrate their latest release, which includes stamps, stencils, washi tape, and dies! I made two cards and want to share it here too!

My first card uses the In the Meadow set. There is a stamp set, stencils, and washi tape, and die. So the options are endless – you can color or ink-blend, but I couldn’t resist using the washi tape! All the coloring is done for you!

I applied the washi tape to a white cardstock panel and used the In the Meadow die to die cut all the images. It’s so easy! There are so many images that I just had to create a bigger card. Rather than creating a slimline card, I opted for a 5″ x 7″ card.

I ink-blended the top of a panel with Bubble Gum Ink and the bottom of Soft Lilac Ink and stamped the sentiment before splattering it with some pink paint before adhering the washi tape images with foam adhesive. To finish, I attached some Bubble Gum Jewels.

My second card uses the Cosmos Bunch set, designed by my friend Emily Midgett! There’s a stamp, layering stencil set, and die in this combo. This time, I used the stencil set to add color. There are 5 layers to this stencil set and they are numbered to help you out. I worked out of order just a tad – working on the large blooms first, then the blue flowers, then the foliage. Ink colors used: Fresh Pear, Key Lim, Raspberry Bliss, Blue Jay, Regal Bliss.

I finished my card by die-cutting the Simply Diamonds die in white and glitter gold cardstock and offsetting the layers to reveal only a bit of the glitter. For the sentiment, I used a gold hot-foiled sentiment from the Perfect Sentiments Hot Foil Plate.
