Happy Friday, Friends!

I have a special treat for you today! It’s been a while since I’ve created a card using The Greetery products! There are so many products I love and I couldn’t resist using the new BotaniCut Strawberries dies!

To create today’s card, I started with the background. I used the Square Dance stencils to stencil my gingham background on a white panel. I used Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated Inks (PSI) in Melon, Cheeky and Blush for these squares. When done, I centered and die-cut my gingham pattern with the Square Dance Die. I took a chance on this and was lucky it came out lined up well. If I were to do it again, I might die-cut first, then stencil on the colors. I trimmed this panel to attach it to a white panel die-cut with a Crimped Frame.

Next, I die-cut the BotaniCut Strawberries from pink and green cardstock and ink-blended the pieces to bring them to life. I used dye inks on the strawberries in Watermelon, Lipstick Red, and Schoolhouse Red and PSI inks on the greens in Fairway and Field. Once done ink-blending all the pieces, I adhered them together. I created the Market Basket from Dark Chocolate cardstock and modified it to make it shorter before attaching strawberries to the inside of the basket to adhere to my gingham background.

My sentiment is die-cut from the All Kinds of Happy Dies and All Kinds of Happy Shadow dies. I ink-blended the letters with Watermelon ink to coordinate with the strawberries before adhering them over the vellum layer. I embossed the “you make me” using a sentiment from the All Kinds of Happy clear stamp set to adhere to the card. I finished by adding the small white flowers and adding a dot of Nuvo Glitter in Honey Gold to their centers.
