Hey Friends!

Welcome to Day 1 of the Simon Says Stamp Good Luck Charm release blog hop! Today’s card uses the Spring Stems stamp and die set. There are two bundled/bouquet images and several loose images as well. I stamped the image I wanted to use and colored the images with Copic markers. I tried to color white daffodils and while they look white, there is a hint of gray and yellow to those white petals.

Foliage:  G21, G24, G28
Daffodils:  C0, C1, YG06, Y0000, Y00, Y15, YR07, R29

After die-cutting the image, I ink-blended a white panel with Limelicious and Pearfection Pawsitively Saturated Inks. I used a Nested Domed Arch die to cut an arch about the same size as the image to give it a decorative frame.

Before attaching this arched frame to a card base, I attached the colored image with foam adhesive and I wrapped some twine around the base and tied a bow. I matted this over a piece of Fog cardstock before adhering it to my card base. I finished by embossing a sentiment and attaching a few sequins from the new End of the Rainbow Sequin Mix.
