Hello there!

I’m sharing more inspiration today from the Simon Says Stamp Hello Gorgeous release! Today’s card uses two new dies and a beautiful sentiment set.

For the background, I die-cut the new Flower Medallion die 4 times and sprayed them with spray adhesive to attach to a simple white panel. I spaced them out evenly and used the overhang in other areas to maximize their use.

To create my colorful spray of Olive Leaves, I ink-blended scrap pieces of white cardstock in different Pawsitively Saturated Inks (Guave, Cherry, Peachy, Lemonade, Fairway, Cadette, Taffy). After die-cutting the smaller of the two olive leaves dies, I ink-blended the tips of the leaves with a heavier hand to intensify the color.

My sentiment is embossed in gold from the All About Mom stamp/die set over white cardstock and adhered over the top, hiding the olive leaves stems. I’ve been so inspired by my crafty friends to make colorful cards that have more white space with gold accents and textured backgrounds. I hope you like this! Thanks so much for stopping by today!
