I’m so glad you’re here today! I have a sweet card to share using the new Folk Art Flowers cling stamp from Simon Says Stamp’s Hello Gorgeous release!

The Folk Art Flowers cling stamp is fun because it has removable sections so you can create more colorful solid images. To create today’s card, I removed the flowers and berries and stamped the foliage first with Spring ink. Then I went back in with Lucky ink and added color using a blending brush and added some darker color for interest in various areas.

Next, I popped the flowers into place, then removed the foliage (which I used as a template). With only the flower stamps now in my MISTI, I stamped the flowers with Guava, Peony, and Cherry ink. I stamped first with Guava, then added Peony with a blending brush, then added Cherry on the last layer at the base only to create a gradient of color. For the berries, I used Taffy ink.

The sentiment I used today is created with the new Fancy Mom die and a new pre-printed sentiment strip set called Reverse Foundations. I hope you like how this one turned out! I love that the color combinations are endless here!
