Gina K. Designs has a new release available now! Thank you for being here to see the card I have to share using the Delightful Daisies set, illustrated by Arjita Singh.
I’ve been loving using paint markers lately so this one is also painted/colored with the Karin DecoBrush Pigment Markers. I stamped once over a heavy cardstock and kept my stamps in my MISTI tool so I can stamp again after for a better impression since the paint dulls the lines.
Like with Copics, I add the darker color first, the blend (as much as I can) with a lighter color(s). I have the Master’s Set so I’ll list the colors used below, but I think you can get great results with whatever paint markers you might have.
Petals: White, Gray 1
Centers: Canary, Gold, Ochre
Butterfly: Praline, Sandstone, Pastel Red Lilac, Pastel Violet, Aubergine
Foliage: Apple, Grass, Ocean Teal
For the background, I used a piece of white blue cardstock and splattered it with white paint to give it texture. To finish, I stamped and embossed a sentiment and fussy cut around it to adhere to the blue panel with foam adhesive along with my fussy-cut image. I hope you like it!
