Hello Friends!

We are half way through Lawn Fawn Inspiration Week!  I hope you’re enjoying the projects I’ve been sharing.  Today’s project highlights the Spring Flowers Backdrop die.

I die-cut the Spring Flowers Backdrop frame first in white, then used the accessory dies from the set to die-cut using colored cardstock and did a bit of ink-blending to add more depth and dimension.  For the background, I ink-blended the Spring Blossoms Background Stencils and added a layer of vellum over it to soften the colors.

For the sentiment, I die-cut the Giant Happy Mother’s Day die set using the Gotta Have Gingham Rainbow Petite Paper Pack.  I backed it with an off-set layer of Guava cardstock to give it a dark drop-shadow as well.
