Hello there!
For today’s project, I thought it would be fun to use some floral stems that have accumulated in my stash! Memory Box designs lots of beautiful flower dies for Simon Says Stamp – so feel free to use whatever you have! I used three sets of dies today, but will link a few others below that will also be great.
I used different color combinations on each die to differentiate between them and to make it more colorful. All of the dies I used are die-cut in white cardstock and then ink-blended to add color.
Blossom Vine (Sunbeam, Fairway)
Fine Foxglove (Orchid, Tropic)
Etched Crocus Stems (Carnation, Ocean)
Once everything was ink-blended, I used liquid adhesive to piece the flowers together. Next, I used a black drawing pen to add some details to the flowers.
Using Carnation and Tropic ink, I ink-blended a white panel for my background.
I attached my flower stems and splattered the panel with pink paint to give it more interest. To finish, I cut a sentiment from the Well Wishes Sentiment Strips and lightly ink-blended it with Carnation ink to give it more color.
