I’m so excited to share today’s card. The STAMPtember release went live this morning! I just think the ABC Stencil is absolutely genius and so fun! It would create fabulous cards for students and teachers!
The stencil is one piece and is intricate in some areas. Pixie Spray would’ve been smart to use, but I just had two pieces of tape holding it down. I used a few different ink colors and just randomly inked them on, letting them blend into each other.
To make the letters stand out better, I used a black writing pen and outlined the right side of all the letters. It really makes a huge difference! Then on the left side of the letters, I added white gel highlights to give the letters more interest.
The backgroung id so colorful, not much is needed with the sentiment. I stamped and embossed a sentiment from the XL Teacher Greetings set and adhered it to the center of my card using foam adhesive.
That’s it! Super simple, but colorful and effective. I hope you like it!
