My card today uses the Swoopy Flowers Stamp, Die, and Stencil! I began by stamping the Swoopy Flowers Stamp images with black pigment ink and embossing them with clear embossing powder over white cardstock. I like to emboss my images before ink-blending to keep the black lines crisp.

Next, I ink-blended the images with Pawsitively Saturated Inks. The Swoopy Flowers Stencil sections off each petal to give them the gradient that you see – fun tri-colored petals! Same for the leaves. There are individual images that don’t have coordinating stencils, so I just lightly ink-blended those. There isn’t a nice change in color like with stencils, but it’s hardly noticeable when I arranged my card. I used the Circle Thin Frames to die cut a ring using new Matte Champagne Cardstock.

For a textured background, I used the Magnetic embossing folder. After arranging my images to create a wreath, I die-cut a sentiment using the new Love Ya Die using Matte Champagne Cardstock and vellum. To finish, I embellished my card with the new Disco Heart Sequin mix (using only the flat confetti from the mix).
