Hello and welcome to the Pinkfresh Studio and WOW! Embossing Powders Blog Hop! We’re sharing projects using Pinkfresh Studio and WOW! embossing powders today and I hope you’re inspired by projects from both teams today. My favorites are from the Sparkle/Glitter line because they really add a lot of interest to any project!
When the light hits these embossed images, it’s really sparkly and fun! I stamped and embossed two Pinkfresh Studio Floral Frame images on some watercolor cardstock so I could use the Pinkfresh Studio Liquid Watercolors to paint these images with.
I used the same watercolors on both images, but as you can see, the outcome is very different depending on the color of embossing powder you use for your image.
The Liquid Watercolor colors I used are: Bubble Gum, Sunshine, Aquamarine, Emerald City, and Lavender.
The two embossing powders I used are: Black Twinkle Glitter and Pearl Gold Sparkle (linked below for you).
I like the bold image on this floral frame, but I also love the soft look that the Pearl Gold Sparkle embossing powder gives also.
When I was done coloring, I die cut the frame. I had trouble positioning because the frame is solid – so be sure to cut before coloring on this one!
Before adhering the frame to the card base, I decided to first add score lines to the outer perimeter of the card base and to diecut the sentiment in the center to create a window into the card.
To create the sentiment window, I loosely laid my floral frame on top of the card base, centering it so I could lay down my sentiment die and center it. Once centered, I used some Purple Tape to hold the die in place and die cut this window out. Putting the cardbase with the sentiment frame cut out into the MISTI, I was able to put my sentiment in the right place to stamp it in place. So from the outside, you can see what the message says inside of the card.
I finished this card off using some Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Confetti sequins. I really hope you like these two cards using WOW embossing powders. Be sure to hop along with the Pinkfresh Studio team and see all the wonderful creations and for your chance to win some great prizes!

I love both cards but I think I favor the one using the gold embossing powder better. It has a softer look. Since you are using flowers, I think that’s needed. Great job on both!!
