Mama Elephant – Snowman Agenda

Hi Friends!

I’m creating another card for the Mama Elephant holiday knock your socks off challenge. This card is also for the Color Throwdown Challenge this week using the following color swatch which I think is perfect for this project:

I stamped the images from the Little Snowman Agenda stamp set and colored them using Copic markers. Snowmen are really simple to color and I was stamping and coloring on the go so I didn’t write the exact colors down. I believe I used C1 and C00. I’ve seen wonderfully colored snowmen using light blues also and have not tried that yet.

Once I completed the coloring, I die cut the images using coordinating dies. When I was done die-cutting, I added white gel accents to the images to make them pop.

I used the Mama Elephant Hillside Cover die to create the snowdrifts. I masked and ink blended the hills with Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide Ink and then added Wink of Stella clear shimmer. I then placed the snowmen in various places to fill up the card. I completed the card by adding a sentiment from the Mini Messages stamp set.
