Hello and welcome to day 2 of the Pretty Pink Posh Product Release Blog Hop!

I’m using a few new release items today and am happy to share this fun card with you.  I started by using the new Penguin Pals stamp set.  I stamped the images I wanted to use using a Copic-friendly ink and colored the images using various Copic markers (C00, C0, C2, C4, C6, R05, R29, YR21, BG15, BG49, V01, V12, V15, B01, B04).  Once done, I used the Penguin Pals die set to cut out the images.

I decided I wanted to use the Stitched Photo Frames die to create a layout that’s almost like a journal page or photo collage.  Since all the penguins are doing different things, I thought this was the best way to pull it all together – as if memories are being combined. The Caroling Critters stamp set comes with the perfect sentiments for the spaces below the stitched photo frames.

For the background, I used a light blue card panel and ink-blended some Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide ink to give it some contrast.  I adhered the frames down, 2 with dimensional foam tape, and the other directly to the card panel.  Then I adhered the images on the stitched photo frames, giving them dimension also.

To complete the card, I used various jewels from the new Holidays Jewels Mix and adhered them in the open spaces on the card.  I hope you enjoyed this project!
