Pinkfresh Studio is having an Essentials Die Release today!  I hope you’re hopping along with us for inspiration on these basic shapes (with creative elements) used with other Pinkfresh Studios products.

I’m using the new Braided Circles dies today.  I’ve die cut a few of the shapes to create a circle frame using pink cardstock and ink-blended around it with Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide ink to give it some color. 

For the background, I also ink-blended some white cardstock with Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide ink and left the center white where I stamped the sentiment. 

I decided to accent my circle frame with the floral image from Hanging Florals.  I trimmed off the circle lines from the image and only colored the florals with Copic Markers (YG03, G05, G21, G94, RV11, R85, BG13, BG49). 

To finish my card, I adhered my circle frame to the card front using foam adhesive for some dimension.  I added the Hanging Florals image and then adhered some newly released pink Crystals to the card.  There are also jewels that are released today, but I like the look of the crystals better for my card.  The jewels have a flat end and the crystals do not, but I find that they still adhere to the card just as well!  They come in a container of 12 colors each and are fabulous!  I’ll link them both below for you!
