The Love You More release is here! Today, I’m sharing the new sentiment strips! The cards are filled with fun Cheeky Love sentiments for Valentine’s Day or love-themed and there are 4 cards. I also love that the sentiments are white with a black background.
I needed a great background to use these fun sentiment strips on, so I pulled out the Center Cut Heart Background stamp. It’s one of those sets that I have always loved but have never had a chance to use. So I inked it up with Versamark ink and embossed a white panel with white embossing powder to do some resist ink-blending.
I ink-blended the embossed panel with Festive Berries in the center, then lighted with Worn Lipstick and Tattered Rose towards the outer edges, top and bottom of the card. After ink-blending, I sprayed the panel with some water to give it some texture.
I cut one of the sentiments out for use and added foam adhesive to the back to add to my card for dimension. Before attaching, I added some gold thread and used some opal confetti from the Girl’s Best Friend Mix to embellish my card.
